At OneClickComply, our goal is to turn the annual ‘compliance crunch’ into a streamlined, automated journey. We are excited to announce three major updates to the OneClickComply platform, designed to give you more flexibility and deeper technical visibility.

Whether you are aiming for your first compliance certification, or a seasoned veteran looking to streamline your organisation’s route to audit, these features are built to work alongside you and help you achieve your compliance goals.

    1. New: Windows On-Premise Integration (Beta)

While the world is moving to the cloud, we know that many of the world’s most critical systems still rely on local, on-premise devices, which is why we’ve extended our support to include them.

    What is it?

Our new Windows On-Premise integration (currently in Beta) allows you to bring your local servers and desktops into your unified compliance dashboard. You can now enroll these devices for automated compliance detection alongside your cloud environments, ensuring that they are risk-free and in-line with the requirements of your chosen standards.

Bridging the Gap Between Cloud and On-Premise

This integration ensures that your compliance posture remains consistent, regardless of where your devices are located. It is a step forward for customers who do not manage everything from the cloud, as they can now bring those local systems directly onto the platform, and manage them effectively. Once the initial setup is complete, the platform automatically conducts 74 different security and compliance checks on enrolled devices each week.

Any detected issues are immediately converted into tasks, showing you exactly which devices require remediation with the same ease as your cloud-based risks. Furthermore, to save you time on administrative tasks, the system will automatically populate your in-platform asset register with these devices as they are monitored. This feature helps to eliminate technical blind spots, ensuring that your entire infrastructure is covered, and that every device stays aligned with the high standards of your chosen framework.

    2. Update: Text-Based Response Evidence

Not every security control can be proven with a PDF file or a screenshot. Sometimes, the best evidence of compliance is a written explanation, or with specific business context that only you can provide.

    What is it?

We have updated our evidence system to include Text-based responses. When completing manual tasks, you now have the flexibility to provide your evidence in the format that makes best suited to the specific requirement: a File, a Text response, or a combination of both.

We have introduced this update to provide a significant experience for users, such as:

    • Increased Flexibility: This is particularly helpful for certifications like Cyber Essentials, where descriptive text is a more preferable answer than technical documentation or a PDF file.
    • Cleaner Audit Trails: By writing your responses directly into the platform, you eliminate the need for messy email chains or one-time-use documents, helping keep your certification trail clean and clutter free.

    3. Update: Automated Cyber Essentials Questionnaire

The Cyber Essentials questionnaire is the final hurdle before certification and our latest update ensures this process is as efficient as possible.

    What is it?

The OneClickComply platform now uses your completed tasks and ISMS data to automatically populate the responses, pre-filtering the questions that our AI can answer on your behalf. The UI has also been refreshed, offering a cleaner layout and improved visual indicators to help identify and action unfilled questions.

    The Benefits of this Update:

    • Reduced Manual Entry: By pulling data directly from your technical controls and ISMS records, the platform answers the majority of technical questions instantly, saving you hours of repetitive data entry.
    • Intelligence Guidance: The platform identifies any questions that require unique business context and prompts you to answer them manually. This ensures no detail is overlooked and that your submission remains in full compliance with the Cyber Essentials standard.
    • Improved Accuracy: Our enhanced AI better utilises your specific environment data to provide more precise responses, while new validation checks prevent the risk of incomplete submissions.
    • Seamless Document Generation: Once reviewed, you can digitally sign and generate your document directly within the platform. This generates a timestamped, professional file ready for immediate submission to your chosen assessor.

By combining automated detection for local devices, AI-driven automated questionnaire, and improved evidence management, OneClickComply continues to prove that compliance doesn’t need to be difficult, and can actually be a simple, streamlined process.
