    Organisation Brain

A security questionnaire knowledge base that answers for you

Organisation Brain is the AI knowledge base inside OneClickComply, for compliance and IT leads who answer security questionnaires. You add company knowledge by writing entries, uploading files or scraping your website, and the questionnaire answering draws on it alongside your policies, controls and evidence. Availability depends on plan.

    THE PROBLEM

Why questionnaire answers go stale and inconsistent

Customer security questionnaires ask the same things in different words, and the right answer often sits in someone's head, an old spreadsheet or a policy nobody can find. Teams copy and paste, answers drift between questionnaires, and a gap in what the company has written down only shows up when a deal is waiting. A knowledge base built for questionnaires gives the answers one home, and shows you what is missing.

    FEATURES

    How Organisation Brain works

    Knowledge Entries

Write entries describing how your organisation works, such as how you handle access, backups or supplier checks. The Brain section lists every entry so you can review and keep it current.

    Upload File

Upload existing documents, such as policies or earlier answers, so the knowledge you already have becomes available to the AI rather than staying in a folder.

    Scrape Website

Point Organisation Brain at a web page, such as your public security or privacy pages, and it brings that content into the knowledge base.

    Pending Questions

When the AI needs more context about your organisation, it raises Pending Questions. You can answer them, dismiss them or reopen them later, and an answer you give is added to the brain.

    Auto-answered questionnaires

In Questionnaires you can work with incoming and outgoing questionnaires. An Auto-answered column shows what the AI has drafted, and each drafted answer carries a confidence score, so your team knows what to check.

    Export to Word and Excel

Export a completed incoming questionnaire to Word or Excel to return it in the format the customer sent.

    FAQ

    Organisation Brain: common questions

A security questionnaire knowledge base is a store of verified information about how your organisation handles security, used to answer customer and insurer questionnaires consistently. In OneClickComply this is Organisation Brain, where you add entries, files and website content.

Security questionnaire automation in OneClickComply drafts answers using your organisation's policies, controls, evidence and certifications, together with the content in Organisation Brain. Each drafted answer shows a confidence score, and your team reviews it before sending.

You can write Knowledge Entries by hand, upload files and scrape a website. If the AI lacks context it raises Pending Questions, and your answers to those are added to the brain.

Not exactly. It is a knowledge base the AI draws on to draft answers, not a fixed list of approved responses. Drafted answers are suggestions for your team to review, with a confidence score shown.

Yes. A completed incoming questionnaire can be exported to Word or Excel.

Availability depends on plan. It is gated as a feature and also sold as an add-on, so ask the team during a demo what your plan includes.
