    Multi-Tenant Compliance for MSPs

Multi-tenant compliance software for MSPs, with a separate tenant for every client

OneClickComply multi-tenant compliance is for managed service providers (MSPs) who run compliance for several client companies. Each client gets its own tenant, linked to your MSP organisation, and you move between them with an organisation switcher. This is the MSP model, not a general multi-workspace feature for a single company with several teams.

    THE PROBLEM

Why managing many clients in one account does not work

An MSP that looks after compliance for many clients needs each client's policies, evidence and tasks kept apart, while still being able to see and reach every one of them. Separate logins for each client are slow to manage, and a shared account mixes data that should never meet. Setting up each new client by hand also adds work before any compliance work has started.

    FEATURES

How multi-tenant compliance works for MSPs

    Organisation switcher in the sidebar

Switch between your own organisation and your client tenants from the sidebar. An Add tenant shortcut sits in the same switcher, so creating the next client is a click away.

    Managed companies list

In Settings, MSP organisations see a Managed companies list. Each row shows the tenant name, its status, when it was created and how many members it has.

    Create a client tenant yourself

Create a child tenant from a dialog by entering a company name and a short identifier. The person who creates it is added to the new tenant as its owner, so there is no support request to raise.

A seat cap set for your organisation

The number of tenants you can create is capped by the seats your MSP organisation has purchased. OneClickComply sets the seat count, and the Settings page shows your seats.

Each tenant is its own organisation

A client tenant has its own frameworks, integrations, members and credit balance, and it is linked to your MSP organisation as its parent. Credits are not shared from the parent, so each managed company is billed separately.

A getting-started checklist for new tenants

A new client tenant shows a short checklist for its first 30 days: adopt a framework, connect an integration and invite the team. Each step is ticked off from the tenant's live state.

    FAQ

Multi-Tenant Compliance for MSPs: common questions

Multi-tenant compliance software lets a managed service provider run compliance for many client companies, each in its own separate tenant. In OneClickComply, client tenants are linked to your MSP organisation and you switch between them from the sidebar.

No. This is the MSP model, where a provider manages separate client companies. It is not a general multi-workspace feature for a single company that wants to split teams or departments.

MSP access is switched on for your organisation by the OneClickComply team, which sets the number of tenant seats you have purchased. Once that is set, you can create client tenants yourself from Settings. See the MSP partner page for how to get started.

As many as your purchased seats allow. The seat count is set by OneClickComply for your MSP organisation, and tenant creation stops when you reach it.

No. Each tenant has its own credit balance and its own data, and credits are not shared from your parent organisation. Each managed company is billed separately.

It is available to organisations that OneClickComply has set up as an MSP with tenant seats, so availability depends on plan and agreement. Talk to the team about the MSP programme to find out what applies to you.
