Compliance management software that runs your whole programme in one place

OneClickComply is compliance management software for IT, security and compliance leads who need one system of record. THE PROBLEM

Why a compliance management system matters day to day

A compliance management system is the set of records and routines that show you are meeting your standards: who owns what, what has been done, and what proof exists. In many organisations that system is a spreadsheet, a shared drive and a chat thread, so evidence goes stale, tasks lose their owners and the audit becomes a scramble. Putting the pieces in one platform means the status of each standard is visible every day, not only in the weeks before an auditor arrives.

    FEATURES

    What lives inside the platform

    Standards in one place

The Standards area is where you adopt a framework and see its controls and readiness. The platform supports 240+ standards, and a control mapped to several of them is worked once.

    Tasks with one owner each

Tasks have a status (to do, in progress, in review, complete), a priority and one assignee, with recurrence for work that repeats. Each task shows its activity trail.

    Evidence tied to controls

The Evidence area holds the proof behind each control and shows whether it is fresh, stale or expired, so gaps show up before an audit rather than during one.

    Documents and policies

Policies move through draft, in review, approved and published, with a version, a review date and a record of who approved. Staff can be asked to acknowledge a policy.

    Risk Register and Vendors

Record risks with a single owner and keep vendors in a lifecycle from detected to due diligence, active and retired, so third-party risk sits next to your controls.

    Reports and the Activity Log

Reports export to PDF for leadership and customers. The Activity Log records who changed what, with a before and after view, and exports to CSV.

    FAQ

    Compliance Management Software: common questions

Compliance management software is a system that records your standards, controls, tasks, evidence, policies and risks in one place so you can show you meet them. OneClickComply does this for security and data protection frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 and Cyber Essentials.

A compliance management system is the combination of people, routines and records that keeps an organisation meeting its obligations. Compliance management software gives that system a single home, so owners, evidence and approvals are not scattered across files.

It tracks open tasks and who owns them, keeps evidence current, manages policy reviews and approvals, holds the risk and vendor registers, and produces reports. In OneClickComply these sit in the Tasks, Evidence, Documents, Risk Register, Vendors and Reports areas.

The platform supports 240+ standards, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 and Cyber Essentials. Controls can be mapped across standards, so a piece of work counts towards each standard it relates to.

Yes. The Activity Log shows the actor, action and entity for each change, with a before and after view, and you can filter it and export it to CSV.
