GRC Software
GRC software that brings governance, risk and compliance into one platform
OneClickComply is GRC software for IT, security and compliance leads at growing organisations. It puts governance (policies, roles and a change history), risk (a Risk Register and vendor risk) and compliance (240+ standards, evidence and monitoring) in a single GRC platform, so each part links to the others.
What GRC means, and why it falls apart in spreadsheets
GRC stands for governance, risk and compliance. Governance is how decisions are made and recorded: who owns what, which policies apply and who approved them. Risk is what could go wrong and what you are doing about it. Compliance is proving you meet the standards and contracts you have signed up to. In many growing teams these live in three places, a policy folder, a risk spreadsheet and a compliance tool, and nothing connects them. A risk points at no control, a control has no policy behind it, and an auditor has to be walked through all three.
Governance, risk and compliance in one platform
Governance: policy lifecycle
Documents move from draft to in review, approved and published, with a version, a next review date and a record of who submitted, reviewed and approved. Staff can be asked to acknowledge a policy.
Governance: roles and permissions
Five system roles (owner, admin, editor, viewer and auditor) control who can see and change what. Custom roles are available where your plan includes them. Two-factor authentication is supported in Settings.
Governance: Activity Log
The Activity Log records who changed what and when, with a before and after view. You can filter it by action and entity and export it to CSV.
Risk: Risk Register
Record each risk with likelihood and impact scores, an inherent and residual rating, one owner and treatments with a status. Risks can be linked to the controls that reduce them.
Risk: vendor risk
Vendors move through detected, due diligence, active and retired. You can email a vendor a questionnaire link, and their answers feed the vendor's risks. The vendor does not need a login.
Compliance: standards, evidence and monitoring
Adopt any of 240+ supported standards, work controls once where they map across standards, keep evidence attached to the control and use scheduled monitoring to see when something drifts.
